1. Nature of Platform (Intermediary Role)
ChhattisgarhProperty.in is a technology-based intermediary platform as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We do not own, sell, buy, verify, negotiate, or conclude any real estate transaction.
All property listings, project details, advertisements, images, prices, and descriptions are provided directly by Users, and the Platform has no control over their accuracy or legality.
2. Eligibility to Use
Users must be 18 years or older
Must be legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law
Use of the Platform must comply with all applicable laws, including RERA Act, 2016
3. Definitions
User: Any person/entity browsing or registered on the Platform
Registered User: A User who has created an account
Paid User: A User who subscribes to paid services
Unauthorized User: Any person accessing the Platform unlawfully
4. User Responsibilities
Users agree that:
All information shared is true, accurate, and lawful
They hold full rights and authority to list the property or project
No misleading, false, duplicated, or fraudulent listings will be posted
RERA registration details must be disclosed wherever applicable
They shall update listings if status changes (sold, rented, withdrawn)
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any listing without notice if violations are found.
5. RERA Compliance Disclaimer
Builders, promoters, and agents covered under RERA Act, 2016 must ensure complete compliance with registration and disclosure requirements.
ChhattisgarhProperty.in does not verify RERA credentials and strongly advises Users to independently verify details from official RERA portals.
6. Free & Paid Services
Certain services are available free of cost
Premium features, visibility, and leads may require payment
Paid services are governed by additional service-specific terms
All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. Leads & Communication Consent
By registering or submitting contact details, Users consent to receive:
Calls, messages, emails, WhatsApp communication
Service-related updates and promotional communication
Users agree not to hold the Platform liable for:
Missed, incorrect, or unresponsive leads
Outcome of buyer–seller interactions
8. No Transaction Liability
The Platform:
Is not a party to any real estate transaction
Does not guarantee quality, pricing, legality, or completion of deals
Shall not be liable for losses, disputes, fraud, or misrepresentation
All transactions are conducted at User’s own risk.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content including:
Logo, design, layout, software, text, graphics are the exclusive property of the Platform.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.
10. User Content License
By posting content on the Platform, Users grant ChhattisgarhProperty.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display, promote, and distribute such content for Platform-related purposes.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users shall not:
Post fake, illegal, misleading, or duplicate listings
Upload viruses or malicious code
Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users
Infringe intellectual property rights
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination.
12. Account Suspension & Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate any account:
Without prior notice
For policy violations, misuse, or legal risk
If required by law enforcement or court orders
13. Data & Privacy
User data is handled as per applicable Indian laws.
While reasonable security measures are used, absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Platform shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, revenue, business, or reputation
Errors, interruptions, or technical failures
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the User to the Platform.
15. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or legal actions arising due to:
